We bought a car on Saturday afternoon, and I knew the insurance business was closed, so I sent Tyler an email that evening, asking him to add this car to my policy and change the coverages on the other two cars we have on there. Monday morning, when my wife and I got back from our walk (About 9:30 am), there was an email with the insurance card for the new car, and a breakdown of the cost differential for a six-month period and the difference it will make on the balance of my current policy period. Then, Tyler called me to see that he had done everything that I needed. That is customer service at its very best! My hat is off to you, Tyler Peterson at White Insurance in Lehi, for your great service and your happy personality! Keep up the great work!!

I bought a new truck 3 months ago and called to have my car insurance canceled on my old car on the first of November, the gentleman I talked to said he would make sure that happened. On 11-01 I was charged for both cars, I had to call and have that corrected, she said no notes were left on the computer. I started to look for new insurance and found the same plan for $55 dollars a month cheaper. I called again to have my insurance canceled but 3 days later they pulled my payment out of my bank account. I called again and they said I would receive a check in the mail in about 10 days, that was 3 weeks ago. Still haven’t received my money. Very, very disappointed in this company. Customer service is bad and there is no integrity with what they say.

When Whites purchased the Lon Sorensen insurance company which I have been with for many years, I was wondering if I would have to look around to compare what Whites would do for my company vrs. another insurance company. To my great satisfaction, the Whites have exceeded my expectations and I will not be looking for anyone else to fulfill my business insurance needs. They have been very proactive and have kept me up to date with every policy I have with them. I highly recommend Tyler and his staff for anyone looking for business insurance.
