Amazing service! After we noticed a busted window, we searched for someone to help repair it, as only one panel was cracked. Between not hearing back from other companies, having a minimum $ amount for others to take the job, or quotes nearing $1000 for labor alone and told we were responsible for providing the new window, we stumbled on Westlake Window Glass Replacement and paid a fraction of that cost-for the labor and window glass cost combined! This is the second time we have used Westlake Windows and we have been happy with the experience both times. Our home has really cheap builder grade windows that get foggy from condensation getting in. Rather than spend $10,000-20,000 to replace the entire window we have replaced the glass with Westlake windows and saved tons of money. The process was super easy. They came and measured the windows, gave us an estimate and then came and replaced the glass several weeks later. Good communication and always on time. Definitely would recommend.
It is like a daily reminder of regret for choosing this place. The windows (1 $1k window and one $7k window). The smaller window jiggles when trying to close it and even locked it jiggles. Both have gaps around edges. Smaller window has no screen, the bigger window has a screen on the side with a tear. They said they would bring screen replacements, never did. Years later, never did. Funny they can't find me, it is westlake windows that installed it. I contacted them several times and they ended up getting to the point of not responding.
