If I could give 10 stars that is not enough for this company. Jordan was absolutely fantastic to work with. When he came for the quote he was respectable and knowledgeable. The price was way under what I thought it would be. When he did the install only a week later he got the job done quickly and professional. We talked and he is super nice to have a conversation with. Best price and fastest I could find! Other companies were charging almost double for the window I needed to be replaced. Incredible communication throughout too! Very professional! No need to shop around, just call em and get it scheduled.
Wonderful! Jordan was so conscientious, friendly, efficient, and kind. He got the glass replaced very quickly. Then cleaned up and put back anything they'd had to move. The cost was very reasonable. I will use Westlake Glass again!
This is the second time we have used Westlake Windows and we have been happy with the experience both times. Our home has really cheap builder grade windows that get foggy from condensation getting in. Rather than spend $10,000-20,000 to replace the entire window we have replaced the glass with Westlake windows and saved tons of money. The process was super easy. They came and measured the windows, gave us an estimate and then came and replaced the glass several weeks later. Good communication and always on time. Definitely would recommend.
