Car was totaled. Their coverage is bullshit. They will only give back 7k when the car is valued over 20k. What’s the point of full coverage if I can’t go back and buy a fraction of the same car when it’s totaled ?! I’ve given them more money over the last 6 years than what they give for back for my car.

I was with American National Insurance for 38 years. Until…. I found Thomas Sanders.

I've been an Allsate customer for years and have had one agent who was my favorite. She unfortunately has moved on, so I've been hesitant to expect that again, you know... you just get your turn, do your business, and move on. I expected that today, but Hannah had a great balance of addressing my needs and reviewing what was there, without being pushy. She simply offered education for some discounts I am eligible for. I find myself adverse to being signed up for things, so I am grateful when I can have help to know what's available and understand how it works. Thank you Hannah!
