I've been an Allsate customer for years and have had one agent who was my favorite. She unfortunately has moved on, so I've been hesitant to expect that again, you know... you just get your turn, do your business, and move on. I expected that today, but Hannah had a great balance of addressing my needs and reviewing what was there, without being pushy. She simply offered education for some discounts I am eligible for. I find myself adverse to being signed up for things, so I am grateful when I can have help to know what's available and understand how it works. Thank you Hannah!

Great and painless intake questions. I appreciated the humor, good nature, and added suggestions with clarification from Leyton. Insurance questions can be dry and less-than-exciting . He made it palatable and light- spirited. His follow-through was immediate and patient, and I look forward to working with Leyton.
