I have been nothing but impressed with State Farm insurance. I learned from my grandparents that insurance was necessary for so many reasons. So when I was 16 and just got a vehicle, a crappy vehicle I may add. I knew I needed to go with State Farm.
My agent was so nice and explained everything about my policy in a way that I being 16 understood it. But he never treated me as just a young teenager.
Last month I got into my very first accident. I hit a parked car 🤦🏻♀️ and broke my headlight. I know this is a small accident but I had never been in one before and didn’t know to expect. I called my agent and said I’ve had an accident and before I could say anything else she asked me if my family and I were alright. That was so gratifying to know that my agents office really did care. They helped me through the whole process of getting my vehicle fixed. It was quick and easy.
I have been with State Farm now for 37 1/2 years. And I will never change insurance companies!
I will always recommend State Farm!
