First introduced to Ridley's in Ely Nevada.
Very well managed and clean.got my shopper's card.

This has been the most ridiculous and frustrating grocery visit. They have multiple people working in the flower shop/balloon section and no one working the cash registers… a line of empty cash registers and only 1 open. Lady is like the sloth in Zootopia and each person is taking 5+ minutes to check out. No exaggeration. Tried to do self checkout instead and couldn’t figure out the dumb machine. I was openly expressing my confusion and no workers stepped up to help. So I walked away from the machine and got back into the now longer sole line. Wrote up this review while waiting in line 10 minutes for the 2 people in front of me. They had an average of around 10 items each… Then didn’t get my discount on my produce because she said it was the wrong size item for the sale (items were not clearly marked so I took a guess and apparently guessed wrong). She was not helpful at all with a suggestion to run and grab the right kind to switch out or anything, so I just said I didn’t want them and to forget it. Walked away with my 2 other items, the entire thing taking 20-30 minutes of my time just to check out. What a waste. So frustrating. 😤
PS- I never take the time to write reviews like this, but this was the literal worst. Very dissatisfied with my experience. This store is going downhill.

This place gives me small town vibes. The employees are always so nice and friendly. I was having issues with my phone in order to pay and although it was the night before Thanksgiving and they were busy the cashier walked me through what to do. The store is always well stocked and they have digital coupons through out the store. You can do most all your shopping here as it also has an Ace and as a bonus a coffee shop and a Dairy Queen.

I actually think Ridley’s is great. But I am leaving a one-star to get their attention.
Someone put up some mesh under the front roof. It needs to be repaired or taken down. It is killing birds. I counted over 20 dead birds that are tangled in the mesh. I stopped counting. Really sad. To die of starvation or strangulation would be the worst. Please fix it. I’ll take down my 1-star once it’s fixed.

One of the dairy Queen employees name Becca was the best and sweetest person I met! We were having troubles with my card and she was patience and just probably the best ever! The person who manages the dairy Queen, please give her a raise!
