Stopped by for the first time today. It was quick service and the drinks are good. I got a 32oz O.G. (Diet Coke, Sugar Coconut and Lime). It’s good so refreshing. I also got a cookie.
My daughter got a Quench-A-Saurus and pretzel bits. She said they are also good.

I was genuinely taken aback by the service during one of my earlier visits. I sat at the drive-through for quite a while before anyone acknowledged me—no greeting or "How can I help you?" When someone finally responded, it felt rushed and dismissive rather than welcoming.
I understand that efficiency is important, but there's a way to be quick without making customers feel like an inconvenience. Unfortunately, it wasn't an isolated experience, as I had noticed a similar pattern on previous visits.
Update: I'm happy to say things have changed significantly. My recent visits have been a completely different experience. The staff now greet customers, ask how you're doing, and are much more friendly and engaged. It really seems like management took the feedback seriously and made customer service a priority with their team.
Because of the noticeable improvement, I'm updating my review to 5 stars. I genuinely appreciate businesses that listen to feedback and make meaningful changes. Great job to the management and team for turning things around!

Went it a few weeks ago went inside to get a drink and the tempature inside was hotter then outside. 90 plus. Workers said the ac had broken. Poor kids looked like they were dying. Went i again and it was even hotter. AC was not fixed yet. Kids working there looked miserable since it was 100 plus outside. Yesterday went in again still no AC. No one should support a business thay ownership has so little regard for employee wellbeing. Great employees tried to stay positvive. Terrible ownership and managment. SWIG has ac for their employees go there instead.

I never leave bad reviews but I’m pretty pissed about this
Came in about a week ago and ordered some things
The lady took my card and completely warped the card, now my swipe and chip doesn’t work
And I know she knows she did it because she made an expression and gave it back quickly thinking I wouldn’t see it
Now I have to get a new card

This place is crazy! I went to get a drink 3 weeks ago and it felt hotter inside than it was outside. The poor girls working looked like they were about to have heat stroke it was so hot. I have gone every week since and it just keeps getting hotter and hotter. I went in yesterday and it was 105 outside and probably around 90 inside. I have no idea how they have not gotten the AC to work for THREE WEEKS! And they are still having the employees work in there. Please get it together and fix the AC and help your employees out!
