If you’re looking for an insurance company to make things easier for you, JRI is not the place. 3 separate times I asked them to remove a vehicle or cancel a policy and they say they will. They send you a cancellation signature document and then they don’t actually cancel it. I don’t have time to babysit my insurance broker and so after a few months I realize I’m still being billed and then I have to spend more time sending a bill of sale or declaration from my new insurance. They are great at adding vehicles to your policy and signing you up, but they can’t be bothered to do the bare minimum of what is expected from a broker. I’m with a new broker now and do not have any of the issues that I dealt with through JRI the last couple years.

If you would have asked me 2 years ago for a good insurance agency, I would have recommended JRI immediately; but that was two years ago. Two years ago I was paying around $230 per month for insurance on 3 cars/drivers. This month the total was $716, which is over a 300% increase!!!!! We did add one driver, but have had no accidents and only one ticket that I know of.
Yes, I understand inflation very well, and a little is expected, though still unwelcome. For a notoriously greedy industry like insurance, however, to triple their rates in the space of 2 years is not inflation; that is 100% greed.
Oh, and I canceled my insurance through them last month and was assured by Jaxon that my bank account was no longer associated with the account. Somehow, despite Jaxon's guarantees and reassurance, I have been charged for both January & February. So I emailed him, calling the mistake to his attention, but did he respond? Nope!

JRI Insurance is great to work with! We have enjoyed our time with them, we recently moved to Idaho and had to find a different company that was local, and were super sad, because they have always been so good to us! When we were looking for home and auto, they searched for the best prices and coverage that would meet our needs and weren’t pushy. We loved that whenever we had questions or concerns they were there for us. We highly recommend them!

RANDY IS THE BEST!!! I heard amazing things about JRI so when I called and got a quote right away, I was impressed. Since they had the lowest rate, I sent all my friends and family over to them and they have had nothing but amazing things to say about JRI. When we needed to turn in a claim, I was glad I had Randy to call. He put my mind at ease and was so helpful and quick - willing to make calls for me after hours even! I know why everyone says JRI is definitely the company to use!

JRI makes the painful experience of dealing with insurance not only bearable, but pleasant. They are always responsive to my questions and take time to find the best rates and policies specifically for my family. I’ve been a client for many many years and I can’t imagine ever switching. So nice to know my insurance guys have got my back! I HIGHLY recommend JRI!
