    If you’re looking for an insurance company to make things easier for you, JRI is not the place. 3 separate times I asked them to remove a vehicle or cancel a policy and they say they will. They send you a cancellation signature document and then they don’t actually cancel it. I don’t have time to babysit my insurance broker and so after a few months I realize I’m still being billed and then I have to spend more time sending a bill of sale or declaration from my new insurance. They are great at adding vehicles to your policy and signing you up, but they can’t be bothered to do the bare minimum of what is expected from a broker. I’m with a new broker now and do not have any of the issues that I dealt with through JRI the last couple years.

    I have been attempting to contact my agent for the past 2 months but have been consistently redirected to voicemail. It has been very frustrating as I have been unable to reach them or receive any assistance.

    If you would have asked me 2 years ago for a good insurance agency, I would have recommended JRI immediately; but that was two years ago. Two years ago I was paying around $230 per month for insurance on 3 cars/drivers. This month the total was $716, which is over a 300% increase!!!!! We did add one driver, but have had no accidents and only one ticket that I know of. Yes, I understand inflation very well, and a little is expected, though still unwelcome. For a notoriously greedy industry like insurance, however, to triple their rates in the space of 2 years is not inflation; that is 100% greed. Oh, and I canceled my insurance through them last month and was assured by Jaxon that my bank account was no longer associated with the account. Somehow, despite Jaxon's guarantees and reassurance, I have been charged for both January & February. So I emailed him, calling the mistake to his attention, but did he respond? Nope!

    Jaxon was very professional and easy to work with. He was able to answer all my questions and lower my rate significantly. It was a great experience all around and I would highly recommend anyone to work with Jaxon for their insurance needs!

    I have been with JRI for over 7 years now. I have never really had any issues until this year. Multiple issues with my policy and changing. I called several times not knowing if i was speaking to the receptionist or agent. They were supposed to get back to me with quotes within a few days which turned into weeks. I called during that time frame with no one getting back to me. My policy was messed up, they failed to tell me of policy changes and the list goes on. After a heated exchange with one of their junior agents who had no idea what he was doing the branch manager reached out and "fixed" everything. I received a notice 3 weeks ago that my son's insurance was going up. I called JRI as to why and they said it was going up across the industry. However, my sons was going up a lot. I asked them to get me some quotes because they said this particular company had increased rates significantly and they were sure they could get better rates for my son. I asked them to PLEASE get back to me ASAP because i did not want him to have to pay the new very expensive rate. Same thing happened, no response. I finally got a hold of someone Monday (Oct16) They told me that they had changed systems and that they had no record of it (give me a break!) then told them who I was dealing with. The response, "ohh geez, yeah he doesn't work here anymore" To which the girl said, who i can only assume was the receptionist, I'll get someone on it and get back to you today for sure! Guess, what, NO CALL YESTERDAY! And the bill went through and so now my son had to pay the very expensive bill. I did get an email this morning, quotes FOR MY INSURANCE! Not my sons. Here is the email from someone named Jaxon, "I wasn't told about the quote for your son, I am sorry. I will do that one today and get back to you asap!" I am so incredibly disappointed with the management and lack of customer service and contact with JRI. Do you due diligence when looking for an insurance agent. Unless things change internally at JRI, I highly recommend to go somewhere else. #disappointedclient
