I like the straightforward pricing. Easy to get appointments scheduled. No additional service charges. I was able to text them about some speed issues, and someone followed up with me quickly and they even followed up the next day to see how it was going. I know it is hard to do all these things at scale like some of the bigger companies, but I enjoy the customer experience. The internet is pretty good too!

We recently switched to Avative Internet Service and have been extremely happy with the experience! The installation was quick and professional, and the internet has been fast and reliable ever since. Streaming, gaming, and working from home have all been seamless with no issues.
Their customer service has also been fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It’s refreshing to find an internet provider that actually delivers what they promise.

Very fast internet. Install was great they provide all equipment. We both work from home so having reliable internet is a must. Zoom meetings are very good quality and my system does not drop why working, with our old provider it would drop 2-3 times during my work day but not with Avative. I like that they are local.

Avative is the first internet provider we’ve used who actually provides speeds as advertised. Not to mention their pricing is the most affordable for the speed. Speed tests have all resulted in higher speeds than advertised as opposed to previous providers paying for 1G and getting 350mbs then being told I need to buy my own better equipment in order to get the 1G speeds. Avative offered 1G and their equipment delivers that speed! Highly recommend.

I recently switched from Xfinity to Avative Fiber. What a difference. I don't have the monthly or weather caused outages. Avative employees from set up at their local office to billing and even the instillation person were all been friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Which I so appreciate. I am so grateful my local friend referred me to this company. The best part is that my internet streaming is fast, both upstairs and downstairs.
