Wow these guys really blew me away with service provided. Let me preface by saying being a remote worker a lot of my career. I have dealt with a lot of ISP issues. The support team here takes the cake by far. From first contact calling in with potential ISP network issues reported by work. Christian got on troubleshooting connection right away. After testing found nothing wrong. He was kind enough to accept my feedback provided by work. Thinking it was something outside of network, but wanting to be sure he said would get back to me. A couple hours later responding after confirming yes indeed upstream and not causing issues. Well work didn't like that answer and insisted they come onsite to test network. I easily was able to easily schedule onsite visit "no cost" even though not managed router environment (don't think have ever had this)... Then I got a message from Patrick. He felt there was no need for onsite tech as truly was no issue. He requested I schedule call with work to provide explanation. After work refused to work with them or me until after have been onsite/checked network in person. Patrick took it upon himself to replicate and test in VM environment my network to show in detail what was taking place. He then provided the results, and again request to speak with IT at work to get resolved. Again denied, site visit came and went. Surprise surprise no issues. However work was not ready to let me come back... As network test used to determine was a issue was still the same (no issue existed ever). To my surprise not only had Christian/Patrick thoroughly done their jobs to test, verify and show proof of network function. They also had contact my work senior management to express the frustration they felt trying to help me help them... Because of this rather than finding a failed test/denied return again when contacted IT. I found 3 of our worldwide IT team leaders waiting on the call to great me back! Patrick/Christian and the whole team there! I can not express strongly enough how much I appreciate all of your efforts to see me happy! Honestly all and all probably saved my job not only many days of frustration! Hopefully anyone considering them for services makes the right choice!

The experience was great when I loved in an area that had fiber installed. Moved to a bigger home, no fiber. The internet became trash. The slightest gust of wind, snow storm, rainstorm, etc would take out the internet for hours at a time.
Their customer service is decent when you call in. The techs are really awesome. Just the service in general is trash if you do not live in one of their areas with fiber. Call and make sure before you sign up! No fiber, no service!

Just as dishonest as century link and xfinity. You have excellent internet for the first month or 2, then they somehow destroy it. We are paying for 500 mbps but can only get a max of 100 mbps. Not sure why companies are dishonest like this.

Decent speeds but our area has had repeated outages that sometimes don't get fixed for hours. It has happened often enough that I may be switching providers.
