We recently switched to Avative Internet Service and have been extremely happy with the experience! The installation was quick and professional, and the internet has been fast and reliable ever since. Streaming, gaming, and working from home have all been seamless with no issues.

Very fast internet. Install was great they provide all equipment. We both work from home so having reliable internet is a must. Zoom meetings are very good quality and my system does not drop why working, with our old provider it would drop 2-3 times during my work day but not with Avative. I like that they are local.

When we rented our home, Avative techs cut our coax lines and pulled out the cables that were in conduit, causing criminal damage to the home, in order to shortcut their installation for fiber for the previous occupant (our tenant). They did it without permission from the home owners. Restoring the internet access through our preferred carrier Comcast, has already caused an expensive work delay. These actions were deliberately designed by Avative techs to make it difficult to restore Comcast access. Pertussis they're in a turf war. When I called Avative to report the issue, the point person just claimed, "I wasn't there so there's nothing I can do". No responsibility was taken, and no offers of restoration. We've filed a damage claim with SS police. It has caused a significant delay in a sensitive contract for our work. We don't want to use Avative as that would require us to be changing phone carriers, and we can't afford that additional delay and cost, either. This kind of irresponsible behavior is unacceptable for a company that is being touted by the HOA, for our neighborhood. It's not less expensive to use them, and it's a big distraction.

Absolutely incredible experience! I dropped Comcast after many attempts to install internet in our new facility. Lots of over promising and under delivering. I found Avative… within 24 hours, I had high-speed fiber and WiFi connection! It was unreal! The team at Avative helped tremendously. Fast install. Professional work. Incredible price.

You will not find a better company to use. Their customer services is honestly been amazing for the past 5 years and love the app and easy to trouble shoot and manage as rarely needed to call them since it worked so well. Keep doing great things!
