Fizz wins Utah’s soda wars, no debate. Their drinks are always punchy and flavorful, never flat like some competitors. Staff is super friendly and I’m out the door in minutes. This place never misses.

Overall, my experience at FIIZ is pretty good, but I have a couple of minor critiques that keep it from being a perfect five stars. First, whenever I request a drink with no ice, they constantly miss it and include ice anyway. Second, I love the fun concept of having two tip cups out with a fun topic to vote on with your money, but the employees working the window never seem to want to engage with it. They are usually pretty awkward and just ignore the prompt when brought up, which really takes the fun out of the whole discussion. If you're going to enticingly use a debate topic to get votes and tips, I’d love to see the staff actually willing to chat and have some fun with it!

I enjoy fizz! This usually my go-to location. However the last few times I have been, my drinks are not flavored like the way they used to, which has been disappointing. I normally get the peach splash, but recently it tastes like they only put one pump of peach in the 44 oz drink!

Just went through the drive through and got a 44oz drink. Had about 2inches of empty space at the top. Don't think it would have even filled a 32oz cup. Absolutely ridiculous

Drinks were fine but oh my goodness the drive thru employee was strugglingggg. We had to repeat our order at least 5x and they still got it wrong when we came up to the next window. The line wasn't long but took forever probably because he couldn't get anyone's order right.
