Terrible service. I will actually never be coming to fiiz ever again. They said it was $2 tumbler Tuesday but never once clarified it had to be a fiiz tumbler. How would first timers know this? We even specified at the beginning that we didn’t have fiiz tumblers, and they never said anything about it. Once we got to the window and they said that we couldn’t use our tumblers for the discount we had to change our order. The girl changing our order was acting completely worn out and like we are making her job so extremely difficult, but if the job was done correctly in the first place, it wouldn’t have been a problem. The girl helping us should seriously learn a few things on having good customer service. She had glue on fake eyelashes and brown hair and looked about 17 years old. On top of that, our drink was way overpriced and priced wrongly, we checked on the app afterward and it was 30 cents more than what it should’ve been. I would not recommend this soda shop to anyone. Seriously such poor customer service and she blamed her co worker who took our order. We never once a got an apology or any ounce of “oh my gosh that sucks this wasn’t clarified for you”, instead it was “well I wasn’t the one who took your order. You can either not get the discount or change your order.”
As a manager myself, I would want to know if I had any employees treating CUSTOMERS this way so that I could help them see the importance of prioritizing customers experience especially if it’s their first time so that they return.
Myself, and the other two friends with me are so unhappy and will not be returning and not recommending this location.

Fizz wins Utah’s soda wars, no debate. Their drinks are always punchy and flavorful, never flat like some competitors. Staff is super friendly and I’m out the door in minutes. This place never misses.

I had a drink that did not taste good. I felt so bad saying anything, but the young woman who assisted me impressed me so much with the way she handled the situation. She was obviously having a very busy and overwhelming day and she still held herself in a very professional and kind manner. I don’t know her name, but she is an absolute asset to your company.

Overall, my experience at FIIZ is pretty good, but I have a couple of minor critiques that keep it from being a perfect five stars. First, whenever I request a drink with no ice, they constantly miss it and include ice anyway. Second, I love the fun concept of having two tip cups out with a fun topic to vote on with your money, but the employees working the window never seem to want to engage with it. They are usually pretty awkward and just ignore the prompt when brought up, which really takes the fun out of the whole discussion. If you're going to enticingly use a debate topic to get votes and tips, I’d love to see the staff actually willing to chat and have some fun with it!

Drinks are great, can’t complain there. I just wish there was someway that the employees could tell when a cup is too full. That way I don’t end up with soda in every nook and cranny of my car…. I don’t know, maybe our technology just isn’t there yet 🤷♂️
