After living here for two years, I’ve become very familiar with this store. Produce is almost always excellent and well kept. Meat and Deli is also usually very acceptable. I find the selection to be quite large and the store seems to have a large variety of SKUs. Vernors, Sprechers, and Tim Tams in Eagle Mountain?! The downside is, some particular items can end up shelved for too long, and you do need to check dates on obscure items, such as dairy free. Sales are frequent and prices seem comparable to other stores in the region - if you take advantage of sales. Overall I’m grateful to have this store and I hope the employees continue to take good care of it.

Nice clean store new it's nice that it's in the city center but has higher prices than other stores around sometimes it's okay to pick up a few items. But for major grocery shopping you know most is better to go a few more miles to one of the other grocery stores.

The service is always good here all the employees are amazing but there is this one manager who was being really weird towards me and I wasent really sure why cause I was just smelling the deodorants deciding which one to buy but then the manager came over and started telling me to stop smelling them cause she doesn’t want me to get my nose in it and put my hands on it. (I wasn’t using it and I wasn’t touching any of the actual deodorant stuff just smelling it and putting it back) so I asked her how I am supposed to know what one to buy it if I don’t know the smell and she told me to just smell the casing which you can’t smell through it. So I just said ok and walked out but she was just super rude and kinda just ruined the experience but other then that I always have good experiences there

The customer service in this store is rotten. They don’t have the best selection of foods or the best quality. On occasion, I have purchased food that was on the brink of spoiling. Management seems to be comfortable with the fact that they are a general monopoly. However, Macey’s you should be mindful of how you treat your customers now, as Eagle Mountain grows, you will not be the only game in town. You may see your business start to dwindle as more options become available.

Nice store good prices. The problem I had was purchasing a 1/2 dozen doughnuts. The product was fabulous and tasty. The issue was being charged 7.50 at the register and price posted was 6.50.
I mentioned this to the agent but was only told sorry with no further assistance
