I ordered flowers from here and had them delivered via Instacart. When they were received they were moldy, dead, falling apart, and withering. They looked nothing like the picture online. I was very disappointed since this was for a birthday. Very embarrassing and disappointing.

I feel like 2 stars is actually generous. Almost every time I have bought meat here (along with many other things) I get home and it’s expired. Not on the date but the smell/texture is rancid. Even on sealed meats. Everything is OUTRAGEOUSLY over priced and pretty much all but a small handful of the staff are pretty snippy/dismissive. We only come for emergencies and usually regret it.

I wanna love this store, but it's just not like the other Macey's. The staff are rarely helpful and often border on snarky/irritated that they're being asked a question. The prices are much higher than other Macey's and when I have called to see if they have a product in stock (and been told yes), they almost never do when I drive to city center to get it... it's just so dang frustrating every time I walk in this store.

Super friendly staff. Smaller than the Super Center chains, so when you just want to grab a couple of items, it is perfect! Produce is excellent

Nice store good prices. The problem I had was purchasing a 1/2 dozen doughnuts. The product was fabulous and tasty. The issue was being charged 7.50 at the register and price posted was 6.50.
I mentioned this to the agent but was only told sorry with no further assistance
